Background Experience

Erika Avalos started her staffing career in 2010 as an administrative assistant; she worked her way up the ranks to Recruiter, Account Manager, Recruiting Manager, Business Development Manager, Director of Strategic Accounts, and now Vice President overseeing the Operations of RecruitGigs.
